- Oversee reviewing the company strategy, understanding the key customer needs and industry trends, competition, Technology, etc.., for the BU products portfolio in order to identify high potential new Products & Services for BU segment that helps MOBILY gain competitive advantage.
- Analysing competitive insight and mange to develop ideas for the product development.
- Monitor and assess product and service performance trends from financial, competitive and operational perspectives.
- Define Mobily Business Strategic Priorities in terms of Business’s focus, future positioning, business marketing portfolio guidelines and differentiated value propositions across all service categories: Mobile Services, IT & Digital, IOT, Fixed Data, Fixed Voice, Broadband and required bundles.
