- Develop and maintain the company's governance framework.
- Make proactive commercial decisions and provide strategic insights.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, reducing their direct involvement in day-to-day functions.
- Oversee GRCC (Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity) and ESG practices.
