Responsibity : • Screeningtelephone calls, taking messages and responding toqueries. • Arranging domestic and internationalflights, transportation, and accommodation for C-levelexecutives. • Managing C-levelexecutives' personal and businessdiaries. • Coordinating meetings, conferencecalls, and interviews. • Preparing for boardmeetings, which includes drafting agendas, gathering and printingall necessary documents, and organizingrefreshments. • Organizing fund-raisers, staffappreciation functions, and other companyevents. • Forwarding or replying to emails andcorrespondence addressed to C-levelexecutives. • Compiling and submitting expensereports to C-level executives. • Performingpersonal errands for C-level executives asrequired.
