Experience and education:
Extensive experience in management, quality or a related field.
Degree in management, quality or similar field.
Knowledge of excellence tools:
Deep understanding of quality improvement and excellence management methods and tools such as Six Sigma or Total Quality Management.
Leadership and direction:
Strong leadership skills to drive improvement processes and guide teams towards achieving excellence goals.
Analysis and evaluation:
Ability to logically analyze and evaluate operations to identify areas that can be improved.
