- Assistant estimator helps the contractor in winning bids so that the work can be increased and the organization might make huge profits
- Another basic responsibility of assistant estimator is reviewing the data and documents like analysis reports, purchase orders and subcontracts. The assistant estimator is solely responsible of making a database for all the documents that are to be maintained in order to help in the smooth working of the contractor
- Assistant estimator prepares updates and project estimates so that the estimates of the projects can be known.
