- The Master Mechanic reports to the HSE Manager and is the project representative with specific responsibility for ensuring suitable systems and procedures are in place across the client contractor works sites to support best practice on plant/vehicle fleet management. The Master Mechanic provides technical support services to the Project Management, Construction and Engineering teams as well as field staff and client contractors so that the project proceeds in accordance with plant/vehicle fleet management requirements. Act as the project subject matter expert. Identifies opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to be implemented.
