Job Description

- Assist in the development, implementation, and coordination of Environmental, Safety and Health programs in Jubail and Ras Al Khair Industrial cities. ES&H Lead Engineer will focus on both cities and may be required to exercise direct oversight on a particular city based on the project need and instructed by the Project ES&H Manager / GBU designated ES&H Manager.
- Review contractors written ES&H programs for realistic acceptability based on the work performed under each contract.
- May direct and provide guidance to safety personnel and support their development to maximum potential for advanced manning requirement. Maintain current knowledge of all applicable S.A.G. standards and regulations.
- Review daily reports and assessments of contractors’ operations to ensure compliance with the Royal Commission and Saudi-Arabian Bechtel standards.
- Maintain working relationship with Construction, Engineering and Project management, client and Industrial Security Department.
- Responsible to lead training programs and ESH learning initiatives in coordination with the Project ESH Manager and the GBU Representative for the region.
