Enterprise Strategy Consultant - ITSM

Alnafitha ITM Consultation team is a team that contributes to Alnafitha services by providing best practices and excellence methodologies in the domains of ITSM, GRC, IT Quality and Enterprise Architecture.

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative ITSM Consultant to work on our Enterprise Strategy Team in Alnafitha.

Primary Focused Domain(s): ITSM, QSM

Responsibilities:

• Perform planning, design and implementation of ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000-1 and ISO 9001 processes/procedures/policies to meet evolving and changing needs of clients and provide assessment, design and redesign, and implementation solutions for clients.
• Analyze and identify recommendations for enhancements based on ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000-1 and ISO 9001 requirements & practices.
• Improve existing ITSM & QMS practices and identify key operational measurements to use for process/procedure improvements and assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals and work on policy analysis for definition.
• Conduct ISO/IEC 20000-1 and ISO 9001 gap analysis and ITIL Assessment highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and competition.
• Facilitating and documenting ITSM & QMS process/procedure design workshops
• Understand client needs and match them to relevant unit services or products.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions for QMS and Service Management (ISO/IEC 20000-1, ITIL, ISO 9001. etc.)
• Develop – with coordination with unit head – ITSM & QMS RFPs and Technical Proposals
• Participate in Alnafitha QMS and SMS toolkits design and development. Develop standards, templates, and procedures to aid in the development of the required work products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• ITIL Expert (Must)
• ISO/IEC 20000-1 Lead Auditor or Implementor (Must)
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Implementor (Must)
• COBIT 2019 Foundation (Must)
• ISO/IEC 27001 Implementation and Auditing (Preferred)
• COBIT 2019 Design & Implementation (Preferred)
• BMPN 2.0 Practitioner (Preferred)
