Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources
Handling HR operations such as (attendance, leaves, and holidays)
Handling GOSl and all related forms
Administering health insurance programs
Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and employment laws
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
