- Assess the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of pediatric patients and perform thorough patient examinations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop individualized care plans for pediatric patients.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed, and ensure accurate documentation of all interventions.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, observe and record any changes in their condition, and promptly report any concerns or deterioration to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to pediatric patients and their families, addressing their questions, concerns, and fears.
