All of the ICs will be tested using your solutions before being shipped to our customers using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) in production.
.
Verify the test solution's resilience for ongoing production testing
.
Develop and test the software (test program) and hardware (Printed Circuit Board, PCB) required for the test solution.
.
Work with laboratory equipment to ensure that all written tests are functional.
.
Keep the KPIs for the test solution in mind and provide regular status and progress reports of the test solution development project.
.
Write the electrical measurement algorithm of IC datasheet parameters in C/C++.
