Roessel Joy Technology has partnered with a leading marine engineering firm in Boston to hire an IT Support Lead. The ideal candidate for this position has their bachelors degree in a technical field and experience/familiarity with various DoD security guidelines. The IT Support Lead is primarily responsible for overseeing IT projects until successful completion.
Requirements
Establish short and long-term goals geared towards ensuring successful project completion
Manage and oversee the IT team
Work successfully with others to help guarantee results
Report to program management
Perform all IT infrastructure system upgrades
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years working in IT
Intimate understanding of IT infrastructure, including Windows software
Working knowledge of various tools in teams management
Strong written and oral communication skills
