EHS and Compliance Manager

• Ability to interpret environmental laws and permit requirements, stay abreast of the changing regulatory landscape and analyze the various options for complying with new regulations and permit requirements;
• Conducting EHS compliance audits;
• Monitor and report results of the compliance efforts of the company;
• Provide guidance for the senior management team on matters relating to environment, health & safety and compliance;
• Implement all necessary actions to meet the objectives of an effective environment, health & safety and compliance program;
• Meet all regulatory and legislative requirements and identify areas of excellence;
• Compliant with the following standards: ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO27001;
• Interface with Environmental Regulatory Agencies, Corporate environmental health and safety leadership & lead inspections and audits;
