- Assisting the project managers in the effective and efficient delivery of regional & local programmes and projects.
- Assisting in the monitoring and evaluation of our events? quality and outcomes and disseminating lessons learned to enable teams to repeat successes and improve the quality of future events
- Providing support in carrying out the evaluation (including scorecard storyboard) of programmes and events based on agreed standards and methodology
- Preparing reports to agreed templates and time scales and sharing with team members/stakeholders
