🎯 Main Responsibilities as a Tutor:

• Assessing students to determine their specific learning needs
• Plan and prepare lessons that align with the curriculum and learning objectives
• Deliver engaging instruction to students using diverse teaching methods aimed to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
• Addressing student questions, concerns, or difficulties that students may have and offer an encouraging and supportive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and ensure they’re making steady improvements by administering assessments or assignments to evaluate their performance and identify areas for further development
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of each student
• Offer guidance and motivation to help students stay focused, engaged and motivated throughout their learning journey
• Maintain professionalism during the interaction with students and ensure confidentiality of student information
• Actively participate and engage in workshops and professional development courses

Requirements

🏆 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Political Science
• A teaching certificate or diploma is a must
• 2-3 years of teaching experience in international schools or universities
• Available during the day for a 4-6 month project
• Proficient in English
• Tech-savvy with the ability to integrate technology into the teaching process
• Passion for teaching and fostering student success
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Available to start immediately (by relocating to Jeddah)
