- Identifying matters related to E-billing.
- Updating E-billing codes and relevant details as provided/required by the client.
- Submitting timekeeper rates on the client’s portal for invoice submission.
- Handling any administrative tasks associated with E billing portals.
- Uploading e-billing invoices immediately once billed.
- Providing reports to Credit controllers for uploaded/pending/rejected invoices.
- Handling client queries with regards to any e-billing issues.
- Taking immediate action on all rejected invoices.
