Producing and maintaining the document management processes, procedures and templates as part of the programme delivery management system.
Maintaining and promoting high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality and being a great team player as a member of the partnership delivering the programme.
Communicating ideas for improving processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
Ensuring partners and subcontractors understand the document management standards and are aware of the client’s expectations in relation to maximising the value of information.
Provision of document management reports against the master information delivery plan.
