- Provides analytical assessment of day-to-day issues, as well as strategic opportunities for improvement with the customer, and makes recommendations to create cost efficiency savings. Develops allocation plans to optimise constrained availability against prioritised demands. Provides oversight as key drayage account analyst in relation to electronic trading partners and operational execution management. Generates regular and ad hoc reporting. Drives resolution of weekly exceptions to ensure rapid decision-making and timely execution. Has responsibility for standardising operations processes and preparing for/implementing processes and policies, and working in a close relationship with internal leaders within the company. Collaborates with external service providers to troubleshoot and ensure the smooth flow of cargo
