Director of Development and Engagement

The Director of Development and Engagement is responsible for preparing and implementing an annual fundraising plan that will detail out how HCFC will meet its philanthropic fundraising goals.

Grants : The Director of Development and Engagement will manage and build HCFC’s portfolio of family foundation, corporate, and government grants leading in the writing of grant proposals and developing event opportunities

Individual Giving and Major Donor Program : The Director of Development and Engagement will research and identify prospective new donors and proactively initiate sponsorship and funding playing a critical role in building HCFC’s individual giving and major donor programs, including communications with current and prospective donors, generating reports to present to the leadership team.

Events Management : The Director of Development and Engagement will spearhead the execution of crucial fundraising events coordinating all aspects of the events and activities from planning to execution.
