- Lead and Oversee operations and maintenance of FTTx Network Operations (including FTTx Core, Multi-Play Services, NOC and regional field fibre infrastructure ) to ensure maintaining constant availability, optimal functionality and performance of Mobily’s FTTX
- Ensure the optimal managing of the day-to-day operations for FTTX integrated Services ensuring that operational processes are implemented as designed and comply with established standards and procedures, employees are motivated, understand what is expected of them and perform according to the designated standards.
