- Develop and apply an understanding of Citrixproducts, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques andcustomer base to sell to end users
- For newbusiness, invest time and effort into learning and practicingprospecting techniques, while following up on inbound leads,qualifying, solution selling, negotiation and closingsales
- For existing customer base, call on anddevelop relationships with an emphasis on new product sales to ourcustomer base. Account expansion and retention activities includecross selling into new areas, solution selling, negotiation andclosing
