Digital Media Specialist

Dosti Global Inc is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Executive/ associate for our client to manage social media accounts and promote events for our US IT staffing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing social media marketing campaigns, generating engaging content, and identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective social media marketing strategies to increase engagement and drive traffic to our website.

Create and publish engaging and high-quality content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Manage and maintain our social media accounts, monitor and respond to customer inquiries, and report on social media metrics.

Collaborate with our sales and recruitment teams to promote events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive event registration and attendance.

Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and continuously experiment with new strategies and tactics.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

One to two years of prior work experience as part of Amazon s Seller Performance team or another seller compliance or enforcement team.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and event promotion.

Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.

Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to generate creative and engaging content.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
