Quant is a prominent consultancy that provides services and products in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Intelligence. We aim to empower aspiring businesses and dynamic governments to become data-driven, allowing them to optimize operations, enhance efficiency and augment decision-making.

The digital media specialist must stay up to date with all the latest trends and understand the targeted audience for each social channel. Hence, determine the best practices in the market, the brand, and its products or services to maintain a strong online presence for Quant and its products.


Job Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule posts and ads on Facebook, Twitter, Google AdWords and other social media platforms through social media tools.
  2. Listen to and monitor social media platforms to stay up to date on all social media trends and patterns to s suggest and implement new marketing techniques for increasing profitability.
  3. Analyze reporting on social media in order to tweak scheduling/planning to reach KPI, help shape future marketing strategies, and improve brand performance and efficiency through specific digital marketing metrics.
  4. Perform community management tasks on social media channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Email, etc.
  5. Prepares and presents periodical reports and analytics findings of social media performance.
  6. Assist in the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the websites and social media updates communication channels content as per the plan.
  7. Run and optimize digital media campaigns to maintain a strong online presence
  8. Perform & execute marketing automation campaigns using well-known automation tools
  9. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative digital marketing campaigns with the marketing teams.
  10. Perform any other assigned task and duties related to the job when directed.




Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Marketing or a related field


Personal Skills/Qualities:
1. Strong knowledge of digital marketing including AdWords, Facebook/Instagram/Twitter ads, apps, websites and ongoing campaigns.
2. Ability to work as part of a multi-departmental team to brainstorm, strategize, and produce results for clients.
3. Communication skills in order to listen to client ideas and effectively work with other members of Quant.
4. Flexibility- able to organize and capable of handling many projects at once.

Skills Required:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite.
2. Proficiency in Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram marketing tools.
3. Proficiency in using digital and social media software tools.
4. Word processing.
5. internet surfing.
6. Email.
7. Working Conditions.
