- Monitor and maintain record of al meter counts for delivery trucks and assist to fill all fuel tanks and submit all receipts to government services.
- Assist all council plant members with oil and fuel supplies and prepare delivery slips and ensure sign of elders on same.
- Prepare all plan defect reports and ensure optimal and efficient use of all materials and plant and maintain same according to council policy.
- Investigate all issues and hazards in facility and recommend modification and changes in work procedure if required.
- Analyze all customer issues and ensure effective resolution within required timeframe.
