Job Description

- Day to daymanagement/coordination of all design review activities, includingstakeholder management, budget control and reporting
- Regular liaison with the contractor’s andclient’s representatives for all design reviewactivities
- Administer the review of all designand technical submissions
- Ensure propercontrols are in place for all disciplines i.e. QA/QC, contractcompliance etc.
- Discipline progress controland reporting to Project Manager and client’srepresentative
- Identify and report any changes(variations)
- Monitor the project’sprogress and the allocation of resources to the design review team;initiate changes as required
- Work with theProject Manager, design and construction supervision teams onresolving issues with the design
- Draft andreview the status and adequacy of the design review plan; ensureits continuing effectiveness.
- Identify andmanage delivery of information required by the project teams andcontractors from and monitor progress against agreedtimelines
