- Ensures accurate and timely tracking of internal and external reports including, but not limited to, safety, production, resource allocation, cost and load/unload. Accuracy is part of the required key performance indicators. Has constant dialogs with the Supervisors and Managers on daily operational issues and events, and in their absence reports the same information to the Operations Manager. Assists Management Team with monitoring the level of service versus volume versus cost and efficiency versus capacity of the movement and storage of goods.
