Education and training:
Degree in culinary art or pastry. Certification from a culinary school or recognized training program in pastry is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience working in the pastry department of hotels or restaurants. The required experience can range from 2 to 4 years.
Baking skills:
Ability to prepare a variety of high-quality pastry products, such as breads, cakes, croissants and desserts.
Decorating skills:
The ability to decorate pastries creatively and beautifully, using a variety of decorations and colors.
