- Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design.
- Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training.
- Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.
- Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.
- Create and manage all Purchase Orders, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment to customer commitments;
- Partner with Boeing business entities on improvement strategies, production readiness, and critical recoveries;
- Establish and execute strategies to improve training programs and processes- champion quality initiatives;
- Serve as the focal for ground safety programs and initiatives
- Works directly with Training Instructors and site support staff to ensure processes and solutions meet the program requirements and schedules;
- Develops solutions that are imaginative, thorough, predictable, and consistent with organization objectives;
- Receives general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives;
- Documenting facility support requirements and participate in site surveys. Develop Site Evaluation Reports and document results, findings and recommendations;
- Participate in customer reviews of documents for training facilities. Maintains integrated site activation plans within a schedule;
- The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
