F-15QA / AH-64 Customer Training Specialist The successful candidate will perform the following duties: • Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. • Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training. • Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. • Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities. • Create and manage all Purchase Orders, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment to customer commitments; • Partner with Boeing business entities on improvement strategies, production readiness, and critical recoveries; • Establish and execute strategies to improve training programs and processes- champion quality initiatives; • Serve as the focal for ground safety programs and initiatives • Works directly with Training Instructors and site support staff to ensure processes and solutions meet the program requirements and schedules; • Develops solutions that are imaginative, thorough, predictable, and consistent with organization objectives; • Receives general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives; • Documenting facility support requirements and participate in site surveys. Develop Site Evaluation Reports and document results, findings and recommendations
