- Implement the assembly product control plan, check list for in process inspection, finished products inspection plan for newly developed products,
- Review assembly processes and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products confirming to the design standard.
- Working from design shop drawings, specifications, layouts to perform assembly Inspection, part Inspection, root cause analysis and internal corrective actions.
- Gap analysis audit from assembly areas and checks for a variety of features, such as handling practices, work instructions, documentation, training and quality integrity.
- Continual improvement of existing quality inspection procedures to achieve optimum quality within limits of Inspection capability.
