Job Description

Req ID : 866111
  • Investigate customer's problems and find solutions.
  • Compile and print reports on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Isolate and identify areas of improvement.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or letter.
  • Hire, train, coach and terminate customer service agents.
  • Continuous development and enhancement of department's SOPs.
  • Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by agents.
  • Ask customers to provide feedback on agents and customer service experience.
