About Jeeny:

Jeeny is a mobile application that eases daily commuting and transportation. By connecting you with your preferred mode of transportation we are fulfilling our aim of making mobility accessible affordable and flexible for all.

We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group) Rocket Internet and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However in 2016 it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

We have offices in Riyadh Jeddah Madinah Dammam Khobar Amman Lahore and Karachi.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative your primary responsibility will be to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service by following communication scripts and addressing various topics and inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly ensuring a positive and satisfying customer experience.
  • Adhere to communication scripts provided to maintain consistency and professionalism in interactions.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and complaints demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and proactively work towards resolving them promptly.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or appropriate departments for further assistance.
  • Complete accurate and timely data entry ensuring all customer interactions and relevant information are properly documented.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned such as providing product information processing orders or assisting with general inquiries.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role or a similar position is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings weekends and holidays if required
