- Answer customer queries, claims issues and complaints through all mediums of communication including telephone calls, walk-in and e-mail related to claims queries within one (1) day.
- Log complaints with claims file and ensure all documentation is present
- Open claims file and ensure all documentation is present.
- Check claim system for accurate customer claims and personal detail information and update files appropriately to process each activity report.
- Continuously update system with claims closing comments.
- Interact with service providers like Roadside Assistance and Motor Hire companies providing accurate customer information to ensure effective service is provided and the needs of the customer are met.
