We are looking for an experienced Solar Sales Manager to join our team. The Solar Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial contact through to post-installation customer care. This includes developing and executing a sales strategy to meet the companys financial objectives, providing technical advice and product knowledge to customers, following up on leads, and providing ongoing support for existing solar installations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for residential, commercial and industrial solar projects
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation to post-installation customer service
Provide technical advice and product knowledge to customers
Follow up on leads in a timely manner
Maintain working relationships with existing customers
Monitor market trends and industry developments
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth execution of solar projects
Generate solar proposals and contracts
Achieve set sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in solar sales management or related field
