- Serve as the main point of contact for parents, pupils, and staff, providing outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences and offering personalized assistance and guidance.
- Proactively communicate with parents regarding important school updates, events, and activities, using various channels such as email, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation, updating contact information, inquiries, and feedback.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, gather feedback, and identify improvement areas to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Support school events and activities by providing information, supporting pupil registrations, and addressing customer inquiries.
