Job Description

  • Good command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Handle all client queries through live chat, emails, social media and phone calls.
  • Understand, investigate and resolve all client issues.
  • Follow with client complaints by following the internal policies.
  • Verify submitted documents related to new customer accounts.
  • Be a point of contact between the client and the other departments in Rain.
  • Provide all necessary knowledge to any potential client and be updated for any enhancements.
  • Manage client onboarding journey.
  • Contact customers regarding their required documents.
  • Address any client questions related to opening accounts, deposits and withdrawals, trading on the platform.
  • Follow up with all type of cases.
  • Monitor any crypto send or receive transactions.
  • Raise any delayed deposit and withdrawals.
  • Cross-skilling between CX and front Ops, approving and rejecting new applications.
  • Raising any errors that were found in the application or the website to the technical team.
  • Following up with CSAT results and complaints.
  • Following up with raised incidents to provide the best customer experience.
  • Handle any additional such as: ad-hoc which is documenting user reviews to management, checking on old and existing customers and following up with their concerns, handling NPS customers.
  • Handling phone calls that are requested by the customers or if they are struggling with any issues.
