Basic Qualifications:
- Two (2) years experience in general commercial building cleaning and maintenance.
- Ability to use hand and general maintenance tools and equipment for cleaning or landscaping, solutions and detergents.
- Ability to communicate, work in a team environment, complete tasks, multi-task and lift 25 lbs.
- Must possess valid state driver’s license.
