Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase website traffic for ICOs and Pre-Sales. Analyze website traffic data and user behavior using analytics tools to refine marketing strategies and improve conversion rates. Collaborate closely with the marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, promotions, and user experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in traffic acquisition and conversion strategies. Design and conduct experiments to test various marketing approaches and conversion strategies. Implement iterative improvements based on test results to maximize traffic and conversion performance. Provide regular reports and performance analysis to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in successfully driving traffic to crypto-related websites, with a focus on ICOs or Pre-Sales. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated success in optimizing conversion rates and improving user experience. Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, along with a passion for staying informed about the latest industry developments. Proficiency in using various marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding traffic acquisition targets.
