Crew Assistant

ob Summary and Purpose

Ensure safe transfer of crew and visitors from point to point as directed by Crew Logistics Coordinators and maintain relevant log records.

Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities:

Crew & Visitors:
1. Ensure that the visitors & crew are received in a timely manner as directed by the Crew Logistics Coordinators and/or Government Liaison Supervisor.
2. Ensure that all the baggage and belongings of the crew & visitors is collected and loaded in the vehicle.
3. Meet and greet the crew & visitors as well as brief them about all the arrangements.
4. Liaise with Shipping Agents/Crew Logistics Coordinators for information on movement timings of crew and visitors.
5. Ensure that crew and visitors are transported to the destinations safely as instructed.
6. Ensure that the crew is transported to the hotels and checked in successfully.
7. Ensure that the gate passes required by the crew and visitors to embark and disembark from the vessels are arranged in a timely manner.
