Job Description

- Research the city and learn the restaurant delivery landscape, regulations and market opportunity for the COMPANY.
- Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in country.
- Lead the hiring and building of the pioneer team with launch implementation.
- Finding and setting up our central and satellite kitchens and hire kitchen managers, chefs and kitchen staff.
- Onboard our first brands and staff to test & improve our recipes and deliveries.
- Creating and executing local marketing and business development opportunities to increase awareness and visibility for the COMPANY and its brands in the market.
- Setting up partnerships and managing relationships with aggregators, restaurants and delivery operations to get the supply side ready for COMPANY'Slaunch
- Kick-start the launch and get us to 2000 orders per month within 3 months of launching
- Quite simply, do whatever it takes to introduce customers to our restaurant brands and ensure satisfaction with every order — some days, this may mean analyzing data, & other days, it may mean taste testing 20 recipes.
