Req ID : 735860
- Monitoring of project cost in order to perform proper cost control and budget follow up.
- He/she shall develop the schedule for the project with CPM to identify the resources and time required to complete the project; perform sensitivity analysis on the CPM schedule.
- He/shall define proper measures intended to mitigate the potential slippage on planning and cost and provide corrective active to be taken.
