- Classify direct and indirect costs, determine product costs accurately, and review the list of materials used for each product.
- Continuous coordination with production/technical departments to review working hours, numbers of individuals and raw materials required for production, as well as communicating with the purchasing department to evaluate purchasing operations to reach the most appropriate costs.
- Create proper models to calculate (the cost of raw materials and expenses for each supply/production order), calculate the actual and standard costs for existing and new products/projects, and prepare reports accordingly.
