Track on-stream scraping progress and support operation in evaluating the impact of deferred on-stream scraping runs Review on-stream scraping report filled by operation post scraping.
Evaluate effectiveness of on-stream scraping for each pipeline.
Coordinate sampling activities part of the on-stream scraping process.
Evaluate sampling results and issue recommendations.
