- Enable collaboration with the Strategy unit in the development of KAFD’s balance scorecards at corporate level including strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets. Review developed KPI’s and targets and verify relevancy and alignment with the organization’s objectives.
- Lead the cascading of corporate KPIs and scorecards across business functions to ensure each function contributes to the achievement of KAFD’s strategic objectives.
- Facilitate and participate in trainings and workshops aimed at explaining the setting of functional/ divisional objectives and KPIs with business functions.
- Advise the Human Capital team on the linkage and cascading of the functional/ divisional objectives into individual performance objectives that are measurable and attainable.
