- Understands the message the client is seeking to express and translating this into written content
- Proposes copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders
- Writes clear, creative and attractive copy with a distinct voice.
- Brainstorms visual and copy ideas with other members of the marketing team.
- Generates creative ideas to build innovative campaigns.
- Interprets copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
- Collaborates with designers, PR and other professionals on large and small scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)
- Produces error free content that adheres to the company’s style guideline
- Edits and proofreads copy as needed and uses SEO principles to maximize copy's reach.
- Sources images and other content to be used together with written materials.
- Updates digital media with timely and relevant content.
- Writes and produces PR articles as needed, as well as copywriting in Social Media Channels
