Job Description

- Under direction, coordinate all activities in the copy room and oversee all aspects of production and customer service.
- Ensure timely and accurate reproduction of printed materials; prioritize workload; and resolve staff and customer service issues for the copy room.
- Responsible for oversight of instructional and administrative materials produced in the copy room; ensures quality control for completed orders.
- Provide customer service throughout the day to faculty, staff and students by issuing school supplies.
- Responsible for all instant document copying or emergency requests as required by all faculty and staff; prioritizes copying requests to meet deadlines on a regular basis.
- Handle routine requests for document copying, spiral binding, collating, stapling, hole punching as requested with a two-day lead time.
- Routes work orders to appropriate departmental locations.
- Responsible for lamination of charts, pictures, and templates upon work order requests.
- Responsible for maintaining and regularly monitoring supply room inventory and complete a purchase request form to replenish stock from the main supply room as needed.
