- Expertise in defence, security, procurement, sale, M&A and R&D.
- Knowledge of relevant Intellectual Property laws and corporate governance principles.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment strategies.
- Mastery in transactional activities.
- Proficiency in due diligence processes.
- Oversee and monitor relevant transactions to ensure laws and regulations specific to defence, technology, investment, sale and procurement activities.
- Draft, review, and assist in the negotiation of defence, security, M&A, and R&D and other contracts.
- Contribute to the creation of standard clauses and set policy on intellectual property, offset, defence procurement, technology transfer and development, etc.
- Ensure legal compliance and due diligence in all investment and other activities.
