- Formulate bid proposals br Evaluate or monitor contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts and compliance to contractual obligations br Approve or reject requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules br Arbitrate claims or complaints occurring in performance of contracts br Analyse price proposals financial reports and other data to determine reasonableness of prices br Supervise the review of variation orders extension of time claims etc br May serve as liaison officer to ensure fulfilment of obligations by contractors
