• Draft and revise a variety ofcontracts with customers • Ensure theorganization's internal contract documents are accurate andwell maintained • Meet with customers to discussboth legal and business matters • Provide adviceand guidance to the different teams relating to contractgeneration • Maintain excellent workingrelationships with clients to ensure their needs aremet • Create, prepare, review and edit allcontracts • Provide support and advice on newpotential businesses opportunities • Identifyopportunities to improve business processes and devise plans toimplement these changes
