Preferred Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment
- 2 years of experience leading with TPM principles and methods (Focused Improvement, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Visual Management, Kaizen, Gemba Walks, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, develop others, and strategically plan for continuous improvement.
- Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organization
